Made these Thanksgiving Sliders last year and they were a total hit! Gonna repeat this year!

 


Ingredients:


12 slider buns or Hawaiian rolls

1 cup deli turkey or leftover turkey

2 cups prepared stuffing

1 cup cranberry sauce

6 tbsp melted salted butter

1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

3 tsp Dijon mustard

2 tsp poppy seeds

2 tsp minced dried onion

Instructions:


Preparation: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).


Bun Prep: Slice the Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally, keeping them as a connected sheet.


Assemble Base: Place the bottom half of the rolls in a baking dish. Evenly spread the prepared stuffing over them.


Add Turkey: Layer the turkey slices on top of the stuffing.


Cranberry Mustard Sauce: Combine cranberry sauce with 1.5 tsp of Dijon mustard and spread over the turkey.


Top Layer: Reassemble the top half of the rolls.


Butter Topping: In a bowl, blend melted butter, the remaining Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced dried onion, and poppy seeds. Pour this evenly over the rolls.


Bake: Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes, or until the sliders are warmed through and the tops turn golden.
