Every time I make this dish, guests ask for the recipe

 


Ingredients:


6 pork chops

4 peeled and thinly sliced potatoes

1 sliced onion

2 tablespoons butter

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour

14 oz can of broth (chicken recommended)

Salt and pepper, to preference

1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

1/2 teaspoon onion powder

1/4 teaspoon paprika

Steps:


Warm oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Lay potatoes and onion in the dish and season.

Sauté pork chops until browned, season, and place atop the potato-onion bed.

Melt butter in a pan on medium heat. Incorporate flour and mix. Add broth, seasonings, and stir until it thickens.

Drench pork chops with this mixture.

Seal with foil and bake for 45 minutes.

Ready to serve! Enjoy this traditional comfort meal
